The IDF has released thrilling first-person footage of new recruits to the army's elite Unit 669 completing their training.
Unit 669 is an elite search-and-rescue unit; the grueling training sees soldiers learn how to conduct rescues, under fire or in peace time, from land, sea and air, often under extreme conditions.
