MK Basel Ghattas (Raam-Taal) attacked Economics Minister and Jewish Home party leader Naftali Bennett Tuesday, after Bennett said that the Israeli Arab who was shot dead by police at Kafr Kana after lunging at them with a knife was a terrorist.

Ghattas blamed the man's death on Minister of Public Security, Yitzhak Aharonovich, who said a few days ago that terrorists should be killed.

"The government includes a minister like Bennett who says of a citizen who was murdered by police, that he is a terrorist,” Ghattasa said from the plenum podium. “He himself is a terrorist. You sit in a government that includes terrorists and a prime minister who presides over a government of terrorists.”

Ghattas accused Netanyahu of stirring up discord and of seeking to rescind the citizenship of citizens who are engaged in "nonviolent protest." This was a reaction to Netanyahu's statement, that citizens of Israel who do not like it here are welcome to move to "Palestine," referring to areas of Israel controlled by the Palestinian Authority or Hamas.

"You want to send them to Palestine,” intoned Ghattas. “Mr. Prime Minister, we are in Palestine. I am sitting in my homeland, and the name of my homeland, for ages, has been Palestine. We will stay here and you will leave.”

On Monday, MK Ahmed Tibi (Raam-Taal) called Bennett "a racist anti-Semitic Jew" who sees Arabs "as monkeys," and said: "This man, shrapnel went into his head."
