Barkat to Head Jerusalem District of Kadima

(IsraelNN.com) Jerusalem City Councilman Nir Barkat has been appointed to head the Kadima Party Jerusalem list.

Barkat is a member of the Jerusalem City Council and a prominent businessman. He lost the mayoral race to Uri Lupolianski and is a prominent member of the city’s opposition.
