The Nazareth District Court will rule this morning on an appeal filed by the State Attorney's Office against the decision of the Parole Board to approve sex offender Alon Kastiel's early release from prison.
The verdict will be broadcast live at 10:00, as part of a live broadcast experiment conducted by the court system.
