Ra'am MK Masud Gnaim was quoted as saying he'd vote against a law to extend Israel's legal powers in Judea and Samaria.
Prior to a faction meeting of his party, journalist Siliman Maswada reported that Gnaim said he didn't know how an Arab MK could vote for the measure.
