Queen Elizabeth II of Britain will not attend the Platinum Jubilee Ceremony marking the 70th anniversary of her reign to be held today (Friday) at St. Paul's Cathedral.
According to sources in the Buckingham Palace, the Queen hasn't been feeling well in the past weeks.
It was also reported that the decision was made with "great reluctance."
