Sa'ar's 'revolution' in alimony payments in Israel

Justice Minister Gideon Sa'ar issued a memorandum of law that changes the current legal situation in Israel, in which child support is not always distributed in a way that reflects the actual division of the burden between the parents, and without taking into account the earnings differences between the spouses.
