New Hope chief: 'We're not negotiating with Netanyahu'

Justice Minister Gideon Sa'ar (New Hope) told Channel 12 News, "Neither I nor [Construction and Housing Minister Ze'ev] Elkin (New Hope) have held negotiations with [MK Benjamin] Netanyahu (Likud) - that is a fact."
