An IDF soldier suffered moderate injuries earlier on Wednesday, when a stun grenade he was holding in his hand exploded during a routine activity in central Israel.
The soldier received initial medical treatment at the scene and was transferred to the hospital for further treatment.
His family has been updated and the incident is being investigated.
