Federal judge to release man who shot Reagan in 1981

A US federal judge on Wednesday granted John Hinckley, the man who shot and wounded former US President Ronald Reagan and three others in a 1981 assassination attempt, an unconditional release from the remaining restrictions placed upon him, Reuters reported.
