Israel Police have arrested an Arab resident of Qalansawe, on suspicion that he attacked his 16-year-old sister, causing broken bones.
The minor was hospitalized at Meir Medical Center in Kfar Saba, with injuries and breaks to both her hands.
Initial investigations show that the minor was attacked by her brother, who became angry at her after she did not prepare food for him. His arrest has been extended by a court.
