The State of Israel, via the State Attorney's Office, has filed four civil lawsuits totaling NIS 5.5 million for damage caused to the state by terrorists who took part in terrorist attacks and were convicted of causing bodily harm and damaging infrastructure.
The lawsuits have been filed in courts in Jerusalem and Be'er Sheva against those who were involved in the murder of the Muhammad Abu Hadar; against a terrorist who carried out a terrorist attack on a bus in Jerusalem in 2015 killing three civilians and injuring several others; against those who took part in a nationalistically motivated arson on the Church of the Loaves and the Fishes in Tiberias; and against those involved in an arson attack on a police camera pole in East Jerusalem.
