Police have opened an investigating into the circumstances of an accident that occurred at an amusement park in the Mevo Beitar neighborhood of Jerusalem.
The incident took place when a four-wheeler bike collided with a cart carrying children, lost control, and overturned.
As a result of the accident, a 9-year-old girl was taken to the hospital in fair condition and others in light condition.
