MK Mossi Raz (Meretz) opposes the bill banning the display of the PLO flag.
"The flag of Palestine is the flag of the people who live with us here," Raz said. "I hope to see it soon hovering over the Palestinian embassy in West Jerusalem. A law banning its display is a serious violation of Israel's identity as a democratic state."
