Russia's Deputy Foreign Minister Andrei Rudenko was quoted by the country's Interfax news agency as saying Russia was willing to provide a humanitarian corridor for ships carrying goods to leave war-torn Ukraine.
The official also said Russia would consider a prisoner exchange with Ukraine once POWs have been convicted.
