Ukraine’s foreign minister, Dmytro Kuleba, expressed his condolences in wake of the Texas school shooting.
“As a nation that goes through the pain of losing innocent young lives, Ukraine shares the pain of our U.S. friends,” he wrote, addressing US Secretary of State Antony Blinken.
