Four Arabs arrested after throwing rocks and waving PLO flags in Jerusalem

Four Arabs were arrested on Thursday evening after throwing rocks at vehicles and waving PLO flags on Road 21 which connects Shuafat to the Ramat Shlomo neighborhood in northern Jerusalem.
