Russian government news portal TASS reported that a Russian commission of inquiry will investigate Ukrainian fighters who surrendered, deserting the Azovstal steel plant in Mariupol.
According to the report, the investigation will focus only on criminal activity stemming from "Crimes of the Ukrainian regime."
