The chairman of the Blue & White party, MK Eitan Ginzburg, has appealed to the Likud party to support the "From Uniform to University" law when it comes up for a vote in the Knesset.
"Netanyahu and my friends in the Likud, this is your moment of truth," Ginzburg said. "Do you care about IDF soldiers, or only about yourselves? Next Monday, the Blue & White party will be submitting this bill to a Knesset vote, the 'From Uniform to University' bill, which anchors in law the financial support given to [discharged] IDF soldiers. Our soldiers deserve this money that was promised to them. From our perspective, they are way beyond politics."
