The Young Settlement Forum has sent a scathing letter to Defense Minister Benny Gantz, with a copy also sent to MK Nir Orbach, following the government's statement that it intends to apply the electricity law to illegal Palestinian outposts.
"Noam, a resident of the young settlement of Kida, died without his home ever being authorized," they wrote. "Signing an electricity order that draws a parallel between the home of Noam Raz Hy"d and the homes of those who celebrated his killing and who seek to have his widow and children driven from their home is morally bankrupt and a stab in the back to Noam's family."
The Forum added that applying the electricity law to illegal Bedouin homes will contribute to "the establishment of a terrorist state in the heart of the country."
