Turkey: Rockets, mortar shells shot from Syria, 5 injured

The Turkish ministry of foreign affairs said that rockets and mortar shells hit a border patrol tower in the southeast of the country overnight.

According to the report, four Turkish soldier as well as a civilian were wounded in the attack.
