Ra'am to announce 'big decision' at 9:30am

The Ra'am (United Arab List) party will convene in the city of Kafr Kassem in northern Israel to announce a final decision with regards to remaining in the Bennett-Lapid coalition or bolting the government, and paving the way for a new election.
