Ra'am chairman Mansour Abbas responded to criticism leveled by the Likud over the government's dependence on the Shura Council's decisions as to whether the Ra'am party will remain in the coalition.
"Netanyahu was also waiting for the decisions of the Shura Council when he negotiated with me in Balfour," Abbas said.
