Ukraine's Volodymyr Zelensky praised the evacuation of 156 civilians holed up inside the Azovstal steel plant in the besieged city of Mariupol.
"We finally have some results, the first result of our evacuation operation from...Mariupol, which we have been organizing for a very long time," he said.
"Today, 156 people came to Zaporizhia. Women and children. They had spent more than two months in shelters" said Zelenkyy, adding that the evacuees were now completely safe.
