Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said on Monday that a 14-year-old boy was killed and a 17-year-old girl was injured in a Russian missile strike that hit a dwelling and a church in Odesa.
“What is this? What for? How did these kids and this dormitory threaten Russia?” he said.
