President Isaac Herzog spoke by telephone tonight (Sunday) with the current ruler of the United Arab Emirates, Crown Prince Muhammad bin Zayed; the King of Bahrain, Hamed bin Issa al-Khalifa; and with the head of the Palestinian Authority, Mahmoud Abbas, Abu Mazen, and delivered holiday greetings for Eid al-Fitr, which marks the end of Ramadan.
The president expressed his hopes for peace and stability to the various leaders.
In the coming days, the president is expected to hold talks with other leaders as well.
