Tonight (Thursday), volunteers from the Israel Police's Golan Rescue Unit rescued a 24-year-old man who was walking in the Nahal Amud river when he slipped and injured his leg.
The unit's medical staff, which included paramedics, provided first aid and helped him to his vehicle, where he chose to leave unescorted.
