Strauss Israel CEO Eyal Dror commented on the company's growing product recall due to concerns of salmonella contamination.
"There are some not-so-simple defects, and we reported them to the Ministry of Health. In the weeks before the complications were discovered, a renovation to our factory was not completed to standard, and sometime after that, pigeons were discovered inside the manufacturing area."
"We did not act correctly. We will do everything necessary to get our license back," Dror said.
