According to a new poll, 81% of Israelis stand during the siren marking Holocaust Remembrance Day, while there's an increase among those who don't believe the the systematic murder of 6 million European Jews was a "unique historic event."

The Viterby Poll conducted by the Israel Democracy Institute, meanwhile, found that a vast majority of Israelis (71.5%) have never visited the extermination camps and most of the ones who have did so in the context of school trips.
