Israel's Supreme Court ruled that the State is to compensate the family of Ahuvia Sandak, killed during a police chase in January, 2021, in the amount of NIS 3,000.
The court ruled that the State Attorney's Office was responsible for delays in delivering information pertaining to the tragic incident.
