Following a police investigation, a prosecutor's statement was filed today (Sunday) against a 16-year-old Tayibeh resident on suspicion of involvement in disorderly conduct at the entrance to the city.
Police dispersed before a number of riots and an attempt to block Route 444 near Tayibeh. During the operation, the police managed to keep all the rioters away from the bridge and the entrance to the city, and extinguished burning tires to allow the safe passage of traffic.
Police arrested a 16-year-old boy, wearing a mask wrapped in Hamas and PA flags, on suspicion of involvement in the riots, and his detention was extended.
