MK Yaakov Litzman (UTJ) was brought to Shaarei Tzedek Medical Center during the holiday after not feeling well.
After a series of tests, MK Litzman underwent a pacemaker transplant by Prof. Michael Glickson, director of the hospital's heart surgery center.
The hospital said that the pacemaker surgery was successful and MK Litzman is recovering and feeling well.
