A three-and-a-half-year-old boy was pulled from a private pool at a home in a town within the jurisdiction of the Merom Hagalil Regional Council.
MDA medics and paramedics treated the boy and evacuated him to Ziv Medical Center in Safed after he had been underwater for about a minute. The boy is conscious and in stable condition.
