Jerusalem precinct commander Doron Turgeman says police have great difficulty deterring the Temple Mount rioters as the courts tend to release the rioters quickly.
"We are disappointed that most of the detainees from the riots on the Temple Mount have been released, we have done what we can," said Turgeman.
