Police have arrested a 29-year-old man from Kiryat Shmuel for drunken driving and endangering lives.
The man was allegedly involved in a road accident between a private car and a bus in Kiryat Haim, and a breathalyzer test conducted at the scene found him to have 1329 mcg of alcohol in his blood, five times the permitted level.
