MK Ahmad Tibi of the Joint Arab List said his party wouldn't join the Bennett-Lapid coalition.
Tibi said the coalition was "on its way down" and that "Silmans' bolting benefited the Joint List's standing."
He also pointed, however, that his party would vote against a non-confidence vote brought up by the Likud.
