Arab suspect detained 'in the act'

After police near Yitzhar Junction stopped a PA vehicle transporting an electric scooter, they realized it had been stolen from central Israel about two months ago.

The suspect, a PA resident of Marj Na'ja Village, has been taken in for questioning.
