A 68-year-old man was pulled unconscious from a residential fire in Majd al-Krum Wednesday. Paramedics who arrived at the scene evacuated the man to the hospital in critical condition, but he later died of his injuries.
MDA paramedic Michael in Bionishev had said earlier Wednesday: "When we arrived at the scene, a man who was unconscious and with signs of inhalation of smoke was rescued from the burning building. We put him in an intensive care unit and started performing advanced resuscitation operations on him, which included massages and resuscitation, and evacuated him to the hospital while continuing to perform resuscitation operations while his condition remained critical."
