Russian Deputy Defense Minister Sergei Rybkov has warned the West against sending weapons to Ukraine. In an interview with the Russian news agency TASS, Rybkov said:
"US and NATO arms shipments to Ukrainian territory will be considered legitimate military targets by us," adding that any attempt by the West to inflict significant damage to the Russian army or separatist republics in Donetsk and Lugansk would be "severely suppressed," as reported by Reuters.
