MK Ofir Katz (Likud) responded to Prof. Goldreich's decision to donate the Israel Prize money he received to radical left-wing organizations:
"Shameful. The court is simply harming the State of Israel. Such a despicable person should not receive any reward. I call on the government to urgently pass my bill that will authorize the government to deny a reward to anyone who supports the call for a boycott of the State of Israel."
