The Tel Aviv District Court sentenced Alon Ashtamkar, who was convicted of raping a minor, to 16 years in prison, probation, and 100,000 NIS in damages.
The court ruled that "the defendant was convicted of committing one act of rape, but the description of the facts indicates a very detailed incident of repeated rapes and indecent acts. The defendant repeatedly violated the complainant's body, soul, and privacy."
