The Israeli delegation will not participate in the 2022 Eurovision Song Contest in Italy. The Shabak announced that it could not secure the delegation due to the Foreign Ministry strike.
The corporation responded: "We will not be able to take responsibility for the security of the delegation without security on behalf of the State of Israel."
