Police say the truck driver responsible for hitting a 6-year-old child in the community of Emanuel, Samaria, is suspected of an intentionally fleeing the scene following the incident.
After the child was taken to the hospital in critical condition, the man was located in a nearby village with his truck.
The child later succumbed to his wounds. Police are investigating the case.
