The UN envoy to the Middle East has critisized Israel for killing a Palestinian woman who ran towards security forces in Beitar Illit and did not heed their warnings to stop.
"I am shocked and disturbed by the killing of the Palestinian woman, who turned out to be unarmed, by Israeli forces. Under these circumstances she did not seem to really pose a threat. My condolences to the family - the case must be investigated, "the emissary claimed.
