This morning, soldiers spotted a lifeless body near a ditch on the side of Highway 1 at the Ma'ale Adumim interchange in the direction of the PA village of A-Zaim.
Preliminary findings indicate that the dead man was a PA resident of Hebron in his 20s. The body was sent to the Abu Kabir forensic center for further inquiry.
The circumstances of the case have not been established and an investigation has been opened into the incident.
