Former UTJ Chairman MK Yaakov Litzman responded to the postponement of the daycare reforms by a year Thursday.

"The political trade in the children of the [yeshiva] students between Liberman and his subjects on the right is despicable and ugly. Heartless people, who have no mercy on children, whose only sin is their father's Torah study, have made them a passing political currency for negotiation in line with political threats and constraints," Litzman said.

"Remove your hand from the scholars of Torah and Jewish tradition. The crumbling malicious coalition of Bennett-Lapid-Liberman is failing and will not have a revival," Litzman said.
