Yaakov Cohen, who took part in the May 12, 2021 attack of Arab-Israeli Said Musa in Bat Yam was convicted of aggravated assault today (Thursday).
Two minors pleaded guilty in a plea deal involving assault. In an amended indictment, they will be charged with terrorist offenses and property damage on racial grounds.
The victim was driving through the city of Bat Yam when local residents dragged him from his car, and beat him with flag poles and an electric scooter.
