Members of the Women of the Wall organization claim they were physically attacked by security guards after trying to illegally sneak a Torah scroll into the Kotel plaza.
The Western Wall Heritage Foundation said it was filing a complaint against WOW for the staged violation.
The organization said about 10 members of the group were the ones who attacked security personnel.
