Bennett's Yamina party is considering declaring MK Amichai Shikli a "defector MK", effectively barring him from running for the Knesset with another party.
Shikli distanced himself from the party after it joined the coalition government alongside the United Arab List.
Yamina's Abir Kara, a close associate of Shikli's, has been standing in the way of the move.
