Speaking on Kan Bet today, Communications Minister Yoaz Hendel criticized successive governments for failing to address the hundreds of breaches in the security fence that separates pre-1967 Israel from the territories.
"The fence has been full of holes for years, with governments deciding not to take any decision on the matter," he said, adding, "and that is the worst decision possible."
